All of the spaces are turn key including furniture but it can be removed and replaced at your personal discretion.

The Showroom
Is available for daily and weekly chair rental. No deposit is required for this space. Availability is open to get started.• Day Rate: $150
• Weekly Rate: $375
Suite 1 (curent makeup studio)
• Weekly Rate: $450• Monthly Rate: $1700 per month/ 9 month lease*
- Due on the 1st of each month. Based on when you begin the rent will be prorated for the duration of the month.
- The former tenants are open to selling their mirror and station for a total of $500
- The Security Deposit with no construction is $850.
- If you plan to do construction the security deposit will increase to $1250 both are due upon signing the rental agreement.
- Move in will be available the last week of September.
- Upon lease signing and payment of security deposit there is a one week free to move in.
- 2 weeks are free if you decided to do a remodel to the space.
Suite 2 (2 chair salon with coloring bar)
• Weekly Chair Rental: $375• Full Suite Rental: $2100 per month/ with a 9 month lease*
* - The security deposit would be $900 with no construction and $1300 with construction.
- Upon lease signing and payment of security deposit there is a one week free to move in.
- 2 weeks are free if you decided to do a remodel to the space.
• Towel service will be offered in the future for long term lease tenants
• Parking is available on the street for metered parking, next door in the pink taco lot the max is $20, and monthly parking at the landlords larger building further down the street for $150 per month.
• A cleaning service comes in nightly to remove trash and replace toilet paper and paper towels in bathrooms. We have a deep cleaner come periodically. You are primarily responsible for keeping your space and common areas clean at all times.
• You are solely responsible for restocking refreshments for your customers.
• All lease holders have access to all common areas inside and outside on the property, and can showcase products to retail to your customers in the shelves and it display cases in the main showroom..
• Events for your brand are welcomed but must be approved prior to planning.
