Quick Crown - Strength

I've been following Angela and ConsciousCurls for the past year before I decided to make a purchase. Didn't have the courage to purchase during the seasonal sales and ended up paying full price a week ago. I regret that I followed through and purchased three items, including this Quick Crown unit. The hair on the Quick Crown is of QUALITY, however, the "sizing fits most" does not apply to me. The crown is beyond small, the hair clip combs are painful, and the headband with the velcro is super large and does not serve its purpose (unable to make the unit fit tighter due to placement of velcro). Maybe I received an irregular one, I don't know, but it does NOT fit my head properly and simply looks crazy. The top of the band fits halfway back towards the middle of my head, while everyone else in the pictures shows it sitting closer to their edges comfortably. I'm jealous of all of the positive reviews, because my experience is completely different.

When I emailed customer service, it was suggested to me to leave out some of my hair in the back. I thought that was an odd solution, but I still tried it. Of course this made the problem worse. I was so excited to support a Black business and order this item in hopes that I could just put it on and go like in Angela's Instagram videos. I never considered that the sizing would be similar to items made in China. I've spent hours on multiple days trying to make this Quick Crown work to no avail. A waste of time and a complete waste of money.

Please consider making different sizes if you truly want to help "beginners." This poor experience continues to contribute to the negative experiences that beginners like myself have when trying to wear wigs, etc. I am only leaving this review to help others who also may not have a small head to consider before purchasing, because there are no returns or exchanges allowed, for I wish someone would have warned me of the sizing in advance. I am truly disappointed.

I love my Strength Quick Crown. The added color came just the way that I specified.

I have been doing the same "vacation braids" since I was ten (over 25 years) but I tried the quick crown (Strength) this morning and it really changed my life. I have had two of the quick crowns for about 6 months and was too stuck in my ways to try it til now. Thank you for the quick crown-centered content (IG) cuz it really gave me the confidence I needed to feel comfortable in a new look.

This Crown is Absolutely Bomb Ladies!!! I had to come back on here and give another review!!

My favorite crown so far. Very easy and beginner friendly. The quality is beautiful and I have received so many complements with people thinking that it is actually my hair.
